Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi put his Greenwich Village apartment on the market this week for $22,000,000, the Wall Street Journal first reported. The four-bedroom home sits on a high floor of The Greenwich Lane, a condominium located at 155 West 11th Street, and has panoramic views of Downtown Manhattan and direct elevator access. The musician bought the pad in 2017 for just over $18,940,000, records show.

An elevator opens into a private vestibule that leads to a long gallery that stretches to the living area. The 40-foot-long living room has incredible, uninterrupted views, seen through the floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple Juliet balconies.

Next door is a large chef’s kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, custom walnut-paneled cabinetry, and grey marble countertops. The eat-in kitchen has direct access to a corner balcony overlooking the busy cityscape below.

The bright primary bedroom boasts south and east exposures and has an enormous walk-in closet. A sleek windowed en-suite bath is decked out with white and grey marble and custom millwork, with both a glass-enclosed shower and a separate tub.

The home’s remaining three bedrooms all feature en-suite baths, as well as some form of closet space. There’s a powder room in the gallery and a washer-dryer and extra storage in the service hallway.

The Greenwich Lane stretches between 12th and 11th Streets and contains nearly 198 one- to five-bedroom homes. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, whirlpool, a 21-seat screening room, 24-hour attended lobby, bike storage, children’s playroom, private dining room, residents lounge, and more.

After picking up this apartment in 2017, Bon Jovi sold his nearby three-bedroom home at 150 Charles Street in 2018 for nearly $16,000,000. He attempted to sell the Village duplex as a $29.5 million combo unit with a neighboring duplex, the apartment went into contract alone, 6sqft reported previously.
